About

Compassionate, Unconditional Care, and Support

Life can be unpredictable. At times, our journey is filled with joy and hope. At other times, daily life can feel overtaken by trauma, sadness, anxiety, and loss. Choosing to begin the journey of healing and personal growth is a courageous act – and one that reflects your inherent worth. I believe we are not meant to do life alone. I am dedicated to supporting your goals, self-understanding, and pursuit for change and growth. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental space rooted in compassion, care, and understanding. My approach is collaborative, relational, and warm to support your journey to healing and wholeness. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and their families. I have extensive experience in crisis intervention. I support adolescents and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors, substance use, isolation, ADHD, behavioral challenges, school difficulties, and family or relationship concerns. In addition, I work with adults navigating relationship and parenting challenges, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, and major life transitions. Together, we can explore your challenges, build on your strengths, and create a path to meet your goals to thrive. I would be honored to walk alongside you!
